Emphasis on technique, then how to create the variations. Sauces will be served on various meats/poultry/fish to demonstrate the best combinations. A hands-on class for only seven participants.

As the hot, hazy days of summer arrive; this class will focus on preparing light summer pastas & sauces that take advantage of the vast selection of fresh ingredients readily available at this time of year. This includes garden fresh pestos and Provencale fresh tomato sauce with fresh sausage and country pasta. Learn the ideal sauce for each type of pasta, and how to make your own creations. A hands-on class limited to seven participants.
