Chef Philippe transports you on flights of flavors to the medieval bergs & rolling hills of Gascony. Home to D’Artagnan, Cyrano de Bergerac and “la vie douceur” (the sweet life), Gascony is renowned for Roquefort cheese, Armagnac Brandy & its most famous dish – !Cassoulet!. There are three major towns in Gascony where the culinary pilgrim can savor this incredible dish. Each swears it makes the best version.
