Bonjour! Thank you for your interest in dining at Chez Ducrot.
Though we would love to share our table with you, currently, we are not accepting any reservations through 2011′s end.
Chef Philippe Ducrot has turned his culinary passion, coupled with a beautiful Plymouth home, into a fusion of beautiful cuisine and French charm. Over the years, many linens have been laid, candles have been lit, wine has been poured, stories have been shared and blank canvases of dinner plates have been painted in Chef’s rich tapestry of flavors.
For Chef Philippe, the next harmony of flavors is always on the kitchen countertop horizon, the ingredients on the ready for the next recipe to be mastered. For the present, he has worked himself beyond his limits, sharing his passion with every Chez Ducrot patron. Last December, pneumonia forced Philippe to slow down and recuperate. As soon as he started feeling a slight bit better, Chez Ducrot re-opened its doors, and “Bonsoir!” resounded in the halls of our home. It is September now, and Chef has pushed on, though breathing symptoms lingered and became routine. Now, it is clear to us that he needs a break and an environment in which he can heal completely.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any reservations that we are unable to accept at this time. Though our door is not open for a short while, our window is always open; just send an e-mail to info@chezducrot.com.
Until the next “Bonsoir!”, thank you for sharing our table at Chez Ducrot.
In Food and Friendship,
Philippe & Linda Ducrot
